Please note that this product is intended for normal-sized digital and film cameras with interchangeable lenses and will work properly with most brands together with Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax, Sigma, etc. it's going to not work comfortably on a number of the a lot of compact or smaller cameras like Nikon's D40 unless you've got little hands. it is also not suggested for purpose and shoot cameras.
